L’importation d’alambic est conditionnée à une autorisation administrative d’importation mentionnée au 3° de l'article Lp. 132-2, délivrée aux personnes justifiant d'un usage professionnel.

NB : Conformément à l’article 3-1 de l’arrêté modifié n° AG-2026-DAJ-0411 du 13 mai 2026, les dispositions du présent article dans sa rédaction résultant de l’arrêté n° AG-2026-DAJ-0566 du 17 juin 2026 sont applicables à compter du 1er janvier 2027. |
